With a mission rooted in compassion and dignity, HOP provides expert hospice and palliative care that supports quality of life for those facing serious illness. HOP's interdisciplinary team cares not only for patients, but also for families and caregivers—recognizing the impact serious illness has on the entire community. Beyond medical care, Hospice of the Piedmont offers comprehensive bereavement support for children, teens, and adults, available to anyone in the community, regardless of whether their loved one received hospice services—helping individuals navigate grief with compassion and connection
